Go RELAX Challenge
Relaxing is healthy!
Between December 1 – December 31, challenge yourself to spend at least 5 minutes a day relaxing through daily yoga and/or meditation. Check out other relaxing GoUSF events to support your effort
Challenge Details:
- Check-in here, on the Go Relax Challenge page, each time that you do yoga, meditate or both; maximum of 1 check in per day.
- Check-in at least 8 times and you will be entered into a raffle to win a prize
A few friendly suggestions:
- UM will bring a retreat to you! Our team is excited about bringing its expertise to you. Sessions may be held in person (with appropriate COVID protocols) or on Zoom. For more information, please contact Angélica Quiñónez.
- Register for a spiritual care check-in with University Ministry
- Attend Koret’s zoom yoga classes
- Take a deep breath in and out while listening to a short meditation
