Go APPRECIATE-2017 Challenge

If you want to be happy, choose to be grateful!

Between December 1 – December 31, challenge yourself to appreciate the good around you. Check-in every time you practice gratitude.

A few friendly suggestions:

  • Say thank you to a friend, family member, colleague or yourself
  • Write a thank you note
  • Count your blessings
  • Write in a gratitude journal
  • Pray or meditate
  • Help a stranger
  • Any other ideas? Share under comments

Practicing gratitude at least 3 times a week is proven to offer a host of benefits, including: stronger immune system, exercise more and take better care of yourself, more alert, alive and awake, more joy and pleasure, feel less lonely and isolated.

  11. I have really enjoyed these gratitude exercises! So much so that I plan on buying a gratitude journal and continuing this daily practice through 2018!!!
